It starts with fields, cattle, long days, and the kind of hands-on work that teaches you to respect the land as much as you rely on it.

Farming and ranching have been part of our family’s identity for generations. Those early lessons— work hard, stay curious, and take care of the land that takes care of you, still guide everything we do today.

A huge part of that foundation comes from my father, Jim Dana, who brings nearly 50 years of agronomy experience to the table. He’s walked fields across the Central Coast, solved problems in every crop imaginable, and built relationships with growers that span decades. His knowledge isn’t just technical, it’s lived, tested, and trusted.

As for me, Garett, I grew up in that world but my path added a different layer. My background in technical water treatment has given me a deep appreciation for the science behind healthy crops and sustainable systems. From advanced technology to hands‑on service work to the precise application of treatment materials, I’ve spent years learning how to keep water, our most critical resource, working at its best for growers.
